Mediterranean wines

In many areas, alongside climatic, geographical, and varietal elements,
cultural and oenological choices end up conditioning the character of wines.
One particularly attractive area to experience this is the Mediterranean, where
we find wines of great diversity that over the centuries have shaped the
economy of the Mediterranean region.
Mediterranean wines are born to give value to minority grape varieties that
grow in the soils and mesoclimate of the Mediterranean arc. We study the
varieties to define their resulting qualities and ensure that this study adds value to the area. These are research and collaborative projects with local entities
and viticulturists.
