Our fermentation technology is perfectly adapted to each type of wine, using square tanks to enhance phenolic extraction in red wines, and stainless steel tanks with temperature control for white wines. In addition, we have amphorae of various sizes for the production of terroir wines, ensuring unique and traditional winemaking processes.
To maintain the overall quality of our wines, our winery equipment is fully adapted to prevent oxidation during pressing, and we are equipped with a destemmer featuring a vibrating sorting table to ensure the highest quality grape selection. Our barrel stock includes fine and extra-fine grain French and American oak, ideal for the perfect aging of our wines.
